Kit Collingwood – Richardson

Kit works for the Universal Credit programme in the Department for Work and Pensions. She previously worked for the Ministry of Justice, where she was Head of Digital at the Office of the Public Guardian before moving to MoJ’s digital team to lead digital service delivery for HM Courts and Tribunals service. Kit is passionate about offering radically improved services to citizens while meeting departmental spending challenges, about increasing digital capability in government, and about joining up policy making with service delivery.
